How do we work?
We are an AI Free organisation. Everything we do, everything we say is original, organic, and natural.
We do not use AI in any of the work that we do.
We will be drawing on our experience, knowledge, and skills, built up over a number of years to listen, understand, clarify, and create a course of action or solution specifically for your individual circumstances and needs.
Everything that we do is built from best practice, and recognised ways of working across industries and professions.
What can you expect from us?
Honesty
In all our interactions, we will give your our honest guidance, opinions, and advice.
If something isn’t realistic or achievable in what you want, we will be honest with you and say as much. Should this be the case at any point, we will work with you to explore other options to achieve similar goals.
Clarity
We believe that keeping it clear and simple is the best way to get things done.
If at any point during our work, there is something that we don’t understand, we will ask questions to get clarity, to give you the best service. As we go through, we will also seek validation that you are clear on what we are saying, how we are approaching your work, and what we are delivering.
Delivery
If we say we are going to deliver something, we will do so.
Depending on the scale and complexity of the work that we will be working together to deliver, we may need to bring in other expertise and resource. We will be upfront about this early on and will regularly update you on progress. We will recommend what we think is the best course of action for a piece of work, but your decision is final.
What would a typical engagement look like?
It all starts with you!
Initial Enquiry
- Send us an email with some initial information about who you and your organisation are, and what you are looking for
- We will email you back with a link to a detailed capture form, and a calendar to book in a one hour meeting slot on a time and date that works for you.
- We will meet with you – free of charge -, normally using Microsoft Teams to talk through your capture form and start to form a proposal for how we can help
Scoping and Contracting
- Once we have all collectively agreed the work that we will help you with, we will create a high level plan including our expected time, the expected timeline for carrying out the work, and an estimation of costs involved.
- On agreement of the final proposal, we will agree the start date and enter into contract.
Delivery
- When under contract, we will work with you to deliver the proposal in line with the plans that have been agreed.
- Should there need to be any changes to the plan, we will discuss and come to an agreement of how the changes can be accommodated.
Completion, Handover and Support
- When the work is done, we will support you in embedding the final work into your organisation, supporting with training and final handover of any documentation and reports
- We will schedule in a follow up a few weeks after our final meeting to make sure that you are happy with the finished product.
